International wholesale and export
From the first inquiry to a planned shipment, each step is confirmed in writing. Nothing is reserved or charged until you accept a quotation and both parties confirm an order.
Inquiry
Build a quote list in the catalog and complete the request form. The most useful inquiries include:
- Company, buyer type and destination country, port or city.
- Products with catalog references, variants and estimated quantities (bottles, cases, pallets or containers).
- Your licence position for alcohol imports, preferred Incoterm and timing.
- Label, documentation and packaging requirements.
Our quotation checklist explains each point.
Product confirmation
We contact the producer or the authorised supply channel for each product and confirm:
- Current availability, specification, ABV, size and label version.
- Minimum quantities, production or bottling lead time and case configuration.
- Origin for the exact lot and the certificates the producer can issue.
- Whether supply to your market is permitted (for example where a brand has an exclusive importer).
If something cannot be confirmed, we say so rather than guess.
Quotation
You receive a written quotation that states, for each product, the confirmed specification, unit and case price, minimum quantity and lead time, together with the Incoterm and named place, the validity period, payment terms proposed and any item still subject to confirmation. Quotations are prepared in English or Spanish.
The ICC Incoterms® rules (opens in a new tab) define who arranges and pays for each stage of transport, insurance and customs clearance. We can quote common terms such as EXW, FCA, FOB or CIF where they suit your shipment.
Documentation
Typical Mexican-side documents include a commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration filed by a licensed customs broker, product certificates (for example the Consejo Regulador del Tequila certificate for tequila lots) and a certificate or certification of origin where you will claim preferential duty. Exporters of beer, tequila, wine and distilled beverages must be registered in the relevant sectors of the SAT sectoral exporters register (opens in a new tab).
Destination-side requirements — import licences, label approval, excise and food registration — are the responsibility of the importer of record. Our documentation overview links to official sources by destination.
Shipment planning
Before you place an order, we agree how the goods will travel:
- Load type: full container, less-than-container load or consolidated pallets combining several producers.
- Conditions: dry or refrigerated container, insulated liners for wine and craft beer, protective packaging for hand-labelled bottles.
- Weight and volume: beverages are heavy, so pallet patterns and container weight limits are planned per product.
- Route and timing: Pacific ports such as Manzanillo, Gulf ports or land transport, depending on destination and Incoterm.
Transit times and freight costs depend on carriers and routes and are confirmed at booking; we do not guarantee them in advance.
Order confirmation
An order exists only when you accept a written quotation and both parties sign or confirm a purchase order that lists products, specifications, quantities, Incoterm and place, payment terms and delivery window. Any change after confirmation is agreed in writing.
