Frequently asked questions
Practical answers for importers, wholesalers, retailers and hospitality buyers.
Quotations and orders
Why don’t you publish prices?
Wholesale prices depend on the exact product version, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, destination and the producer’s current conditions. Publishing a list price would be misleading, so every price is prepared for your request in a written quotation.
Is a quotation request the same as an order?
No. A quotation request is free and non-binding. Nothing is reserved, produced or charged. An order exists only after you accept a written quotation and both parties confirm a purchase order in writing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and producer. Some producers sell by the case, others by the pallet or production run, especially when export labels are required. Minimums are stated in each quotation.
Can I combine several products in one shipment?
Often, yes. Consolidated pallets or containers combining several producers are possible, subject to each producer’s lead time, location and documentation. We confirm what can be combined when we quote.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
It depends on how many products and producers are involved and how quickly each one confirms details. We do not promise a fixed turnaround; we will tell you which items are confirmed and which are still pending.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
We can quote commonly used terms such as EXW, FCA, FOB or CIF, depending on your shipment and what can be confirmed with carriers. The ICC Incoterms® rules define each party’s responsibilities.
Products and brands
Are the products in stock?
The catalog does not show stock or availability. Retail availability observed during research changes constantly and is not a wholesale commitment. We confirm availability with the supplier for each request.
Are you an authorised distributor of these brands?
The catalog identifies products for quotation purposes only. A listing does not imply affiliation with or authorisation from the brand owner. Where a brand has an exclusive importer in your market, we will tell you rather than supply around it.
Why are some sizes, ABVs or vintages missing?
Our research sources did not publish them. Rather than guess, we mark them as “not published” and confirm them with the supplier when we quote.
How do you know a product is made in Mexico?
Each product page shows how Mexican origin was evidenced during research — for example the tequila denomination of origin, a producer statement or an importer’s Mexico catalog. Some are flagged “verify package origin”. We confirm origin for the exact lot and can provide a certificate of origin.
Can you source products that are not in the catalog?
Yes. Describe the product — brand, expression, size and destination — in the additional products field of the request form and we will ask producers.
Do you offer private label or bulk tequila?
Our catalog covers finished, bottled products. Private label projects and bulk tequila are different, regulated pathways — tequila 100% de agave must be bottled in Mexico — so tell us what you have in mind and we will explain what is possible.
Can I get samples?
Possibly, depending on the producer and on your country’s rules: many destinations restrict courier shipments of alcohol samples. Ask in your request and we will confirm the options.
Export, documents and shipping
Which countries can you supply?
We prepare quotations for buyers worldwide, but whether a shipment is feasible depends on the destination’s import rules, the importer’s licences and the brand’s distribution rights. We confirm feasibility for each request rather than promising coverage.
Do I need an import licence?
For alcoholic beverages, most countries require the importer of record to hold a licence or permit, and some route imports through state or provincial monopolies. For nonalcoholic drinks, food-business registration is often required. Please check with your authorities; our export documents guide links to official sources.
What documents come with a shipment?
Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, Mexican export declaration, product certificates where applicable (such as the tequila export certificate) and a certificate or certification of origin when preferential duty is claimed. Destination-specific documents are agreed during quotation.
Can you provide labels for my market?
Sometimes. Some producers have export labels for certain markets; others can apply compliant stickers or print a dedicated run above a minimum quantity. Your importer is responsible for confirming destination label requirements.
Do you arrange freight?
We plan shipments with producers and freight forwarders according to the agreed Incoterm. Transit times and freight rates are confirmed at booking and are not guaranteed in advance.
How do payments work?
Payment terms are proposed in the written quotation and agreed in the order confirmation. No payment is requested or taken through this website.

No. This is a business-to-business service for importers, wholesalers, retailers and hospitality buyers. Alcoholic beverages are supplied only to legally authorised businesses.
How do I open a trade account?
Apply with the trade account form, giving your company, contact and import details. We review each application and reply by email to say whether the account is approved or what else we need. Applying is free and creates no obligation. There is no online sign-in yet; the application page shows whether online sending is connected, and if it is not, it prepares a summary you can download.
What happens to the information I enter in the request form?
At present, online sending is not connected. The form prepares a summary you can download; your entries and quote list stay in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
